no longer exists, due to lack of interest.

We have an old Yahoo site called ScootPinellas that was started about the same time that SPSC was. In fact, we used it to find them. The members of Slowpokes could use it as a meeting/ride/event announcement and sign up, and it wouldn't cost anybody a dime.
